Return Policy:

  • Right of Withdrawal

    You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without providing any reason.

    In the case of a purchase agreement, the withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a designated third party (excluding the carrier) receives or takes possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items in a single order and they were or will be delivered together. If you ordered multiple items in a single order and they are delivered separately, the cancellation period begins when you or the designated third party (excluding the carrier) takes possession of the last item.

    You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by providing a clear statement (e.g., by letter or email).

    To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal notice before the 30-day period expires.

    Consequences of Withdrawal

    If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (excluding additional costs incurred if you selected a more expensive shipping option than the standard one we offer).

    Refunds will be processed immediately and no later than 30 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Under no circumstances will any fees be charged for this refund.

    For purchase agreements, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof of return, whichever occurs first.

    You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and no later than 30 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period expires. We cover all return shipping costs.

    You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods only if such depreciation results from handling the goods in a manner that is not necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

    If you request the provision of services before the withdrawal period expires, you must pay us a proportional amount for the services provided until the moment you inform us of your withdrawal, relative to the total contract amount.
