Delivery Tire Pressure Sensors:

• Order Processing: Orders (TPMS) are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
• Tire Pressure Sensors:  Delivery in 5-8 days.

Delivery & Production Time Custom Forged Wheels & Tables:

• Custom Forged Wheels & Tables: Delivery in 10-12 days after production.
• Production Time:  5-6 weeks, depending on design complexity.

What Should I Do if My Order is Delayed or Lost During Transit?

All our orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling. If your order is delayed at customs, returned to us, or lost in transit, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. While shipping carrier delays are beyond our control, we ensure that all our shipments are insured. If your order is lost, we will send you a replacement package with expedited shipping and full tracking whenever possible. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details on how we handle shipping-related issues.

Will I Be Charged Customs Duties and Taxes?

The prices listed on our website include Texas sales tax in the United States. However, if you are ordering from other states or countries, you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes upon receipt of your order.

Import taxes, duties, and applicable customs fees may be charged when your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by local customs authorities. Payment of these duties and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing. Can I Cancel My Order?

Order Cancellation: You are entitled to a full refund, including shipping and handling, only if you cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once the package is in transit with the carrier, we cannot process cancellations, claims, or additional requests.

Customers have 30 minutes from the time of placing an order to request a cancellation.
