Shipping policy
We provide insured, tracked shipping from our warehouse in Warsaw, Poland, to Europe and the United States. All orders are carefully packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country and order. You see the exact cost before you pay.
Delivery Tire Pressure Sensors:
- Order Processing: Orders (TPMS) are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Delivery & Production Time Custom Forged Wheels & Tables:
- Custom Forged Wheels: about 30 days to your door, counted from the day you approve the 3D render of your set.
What Should I Do if My Order is Delayed or Lost During Transit?
All our orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling. If your order is delayed at customs, returned to us, or lost in transit, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. While shipping carrier delays are beyond our control, we ensure that all our shipments are insured. If your order is lost, we will send you a replacement package with expedited shipping and full tracking whenever possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details on how we handle shipping-related issues.
Will I Be Charged Customs Duties and Taxes?
Import taxes, duties, and applicable customs fees may be charged when your order arrives at its final destination, as determined by local customs authorities. Payment of these duties and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not liable for any delays caused by customs processing. Can I Cancel My Order?
