Custom Forged IQSWheels Creation Process

Step 1: Concept & Consultation
Share your vision with us! Whether it’s a custom design or an idea you’d like refined, we’ll discuss fitment sizes, offsets, colors, finishes, and special needs like brake clearances, compatible with center lock for Porsche, Lamborghini, etc., specifications, and align everything to perfection before moving to the design phase.
Step 2: Specification & Deposit: Once we finalize your specs, you'll pay a deposit, and we'll begin creating 3D renders of your custom wheels for approval.
Step 3: Manufacturing: After approval, your wheels go into production.
Step 4: Final Payment & Delivery: Once manufacturing is complete, you'll receive an invoice for the final payment. Your wheels will be shipped upon receipt.

1. What is the difference between forged and flow-formed rims?

Forged Rims: Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum, forged wheels undergo a CNC-machining process, making them exceptionally strong and lightweight—perfect for high-performance vehicles.

Flow-Formed Rims: These are cast rims that undergo additional shaping using hydraulic pressure, resulting in enhanced strength while remaining more affordable than fully forged wheels.

All our wheels are produced in a state-of-the-art factory in China, ensuring they meet the highest safety and quality standards.

3. What are your cancellation policies for pre-orders?

You can cancel your pre-order and request a full refund anytime before the shipment is processed.

4. Can I pick up my order if I’m local?

Yes, local pick-up is available. Please note that Texas sales tax applies to in-state purchases.
